THE UNTAMED CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION ON RETURNS
We want you to love every product you receive from The Untamed. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return any unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To ensure your return can be accepted, all products must be sent back unused, in their original packaging, with intact tamper seals and labels. Items that don’t meet these conditions will unfortunately not qualify for a refund. If your order included promotional gifts or samples, please return these as well.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Contact Us – Simply send an email to contact.eu@theuntamed.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return your items.
Receive Instructions – Our Customer Service team will reply with the return address and next steps.
Prepare Your Package – Repack your items securely in their original packaging (with all seals intact), and include your dispatch note or receipt inside the parcel.
Ship Your Return – Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please ensure you request proof of postage or delivery (POD). The Untamed cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If you are returning fragrance items, please follow your local courier’s safety guidelines for shipping restricted goods. Returns that are underpaid or not properly labeled may not reach us and therefore cannot be processed.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund for the product cost (excluding any shipping fees) using your original payment method. Please note: if the items are not in unused, resaleable condition or original packaging, we will be unable to process a refund.
Orders marked as “Refused” or “Returned to Sender” (for example, if a package was not collected or delivery was declined) will incur a €20 handling and shipping fee, deducted from the refund or applied to any reshipment.
