WHY IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

At The Untamed, we believe every order deserves care from start to finish. That’s why we’ve partnered with Europe’s most trusted and high-quality delivery service to ensure your package arrives safely, beautifully, and right on time.
This level of service naturally comes with a higher cost, but we never compromise on quality. To keep things fair and transparent, we apply a small fixed delivery fee of €3.45 per order. This helps us maintain the exceptional delivery standards our community values dependable, premium, and seamless from our hands to yours.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

Each order includes a flat delivery fee of €3.45 EUR, no matter where you are within our shipping zones.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days after your purchase.
Once your package has been carefully prepared and handed over to our delivery partner, you’ll receive a tracking link by email, so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.
